Unapologetic Counseling & Wellness is a private-pay practice, which means at this time, we don’t accept insurance. We know cost is an important part of choosing care, and we want you to feel informed from the start. Below, you’ll find our session fees and payment information to help you decide what feels right for you.
Individual Therapy
$120 / 50 min
A space just for you—to work through what feels heavy, navigate life’s changes, and explore what matters to you, at your own pace.
Couples Counseling
$130 / 50 min
A space for you both—to feel heard, navigate challenges, and build connection in the midst of everything life brings.
Sliding Scale
Reduced Rates
Sliding scale pricing may be available for eligible clients. Pricing is discussed during a consultation.
Grief Intensives

Unapologetic Counseling is a private pay practice, which keeps your care confidential and guided by your goals rather than an insurance company's requirements. We don't bill insurance directly.
- Payment: Due at the time of each session by card, HSA, or FSA.
- Sliding Scale:Â A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for clients who qualify based on financial need. If cost is a concern, please reach out to ask about availability and eligibility.
