Let's Start with a Conversation

You Don't Have to Have It All Figured Out

Many people worry they need to know exactly what they want to work on before reaching out. The truth is—you don't.

Sometimes the hardest part is sending the first message.

A consultation is simply an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and see if working together feels like the right fit—without any pressure or obligation.

What is a

consultation?

A short, low-pressure introduction. This isn't a therapy session.

It's a chance for us to get to know one another and decide whether we're a good fit.

During our conversation, we'll discuss:

  • What brings you to therapy

  • What you're hoping to gain

  • My approach to treatment

  • Any questions you have

  • Next steps if you decide to move forward

If I don't believe I'm the best fit for your needs, I'll do my best to point you toward someone who may be.

What You Can Expect From Me

You'll get honest answers.

Ask about therapy, logistics, my style, or anything else that's important to you.

You'll never be pressured.

The consultation exists to help both of us decide whether working together feels right.

You'll leave with clarity.

Whether we move forward together or not, my hope is that you'll leave with a better understanding of your options.

You'll be heard.

No pressure. No judgment. No need to have the perfect explanation.
